What is Follow My Closing?
RANDALL | SEGREST utilizes Follow My Closing to provide secure access to documents and contact information for your upcoming real estate closing. It also allows you to send us secure messages and transmit attachments securely. The Documents tab has important documents concerning your closing. The Contacts tab has contact information for our staff and others in the transaction. The Messages tab is the place for sending and receiving secure messages.
How do I login?
Upon clicking “LOGIN NOW” button above, first time users will be prompted to select a password, choose a security question and complete their first and last name to create an account.
What if I forgot my password?
Click “Forgot Password”, enter your e-mail address and complete the “I’m not a robot” verification. We’ll send you an email with instructions to reset your password (or complete the registration process if you’ve never registered this e-mail address with us before). If you are locked out after too many unsuccessful login attempts, please call our office at 601-956-2615 and request your account be unlocked.
