Many counties participate in the Local Government Records Program of the Mississippi Department of Archives and History and collect an additional $1.00 per recorded instrument. An increasing number of counties in Mississippi accept documents for recording electronically from trusted vendors for a $5.00 fee which is built in to our calculator.
